• User refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• Content refers to all text, data, analytics, visuals, metrics, software, and information displayed on the Platform.
• Third-Party Content refers to any content sourced from external platforms such as Telegram, YouTube, X (Twitter), research reports, websites, or other public sources.
• Services refers to the technology services provided by Bharatstox for data aggregation, analytics, and display.

Bharatstox is a technology and analytics platform only.

• Bharatstox is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, Broker, Portfolio Manager, or any other regulated financial intermediary.
• Bharatstox does not provide personalized investment advice, trading recommendations, model portfolios, brokerage services, or auto-trading services.
• Bharatstox does not act in a fiduciary capacity to any user.

The Platform aggregates and analyzes publicly available information for educational and informational purposes only. The Company currently has no plans to offer regulated financial services, but may consider doing so in the future in compliance with applicable laws.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• Account creation is mandatory to access Bharatstox.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Login is enabled via mobile number and OTP authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with platform security or infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Manipulate platform metrics or analytics
• Upload malware or harmful code

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Platform
• Copying or reproducing advisor rankings, trust scores, accuracy metrics, or analytics
• Republishing Bharatstox analytics or datasets
• Using Bharatstox data to build competing products or services
• Commercially exploiting Platform data without written permission

Bharatstox does not provide public APIs.

All proprietary elements of the Platform including:

• Software
• Algorithms
• Analytics models
• Trust scores
• Accuracy metrics
• User interface
• Visual design
• Platform branding

are the exclusive intellectual property of WHITE COCONUT HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

Ownership of Third-Party Content remains with its respective creators.

Bharatstox aggregates content from third-party platforms including but not limited to Telegram, YouTube, X (Twitter), research reports, and other publicly available sources.

• Bharatstox does not create, control, verify, or endorse such content.
• Bharatstox makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of Third-Party Content.

Bharatstox applies proprietary algorithms and methodologies to analyze this data and generate metrics such as performance statistics, accuracy scores, trust scores, and related analytics.

These analytics:

• Are automated and model-based
• Depend on assumptions, data availability, and message interpretation
• May be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate
• Do not represent certifications, factual guarantees, or endorsements of any advisor or strategy

Content owners may request modification or removal by contacting admin@bharatstox.com.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Bharatstox does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Real-time accuracy

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.

Bharatstox may offer paid features or subscriptions. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycles, and the scope of paid features will be disclosed at the point of purchase. The Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue paid features in the future.

Payments made for subscriptions, credits, or platform access are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or the user has accessed the Platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Annual subscriptions
• Credit purchases
• Premium feature access
• Any other paid digital services offered on the platform

Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Considered

Refund requests may be reviewed and considered in the following limited circumstances:

• a) Duplicate Transactions — if a user is charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
• b) Payment Processing Errors — if payment has been deducted but the service or subscription has not been activated.
• c) Technical Failure on Our Side — if the Platform fails to provide access to purchased services due to a confirmed technical issue attributable to Signal by Bharatstox, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

In such cases, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with investment outcomes
• Losses incurred in stock market trades
• Misinterpretation of signals or advisor recommendations
• Failure to cancel before renewal of subscription
• Partial usage of subscription period

Users acknowledge that stock market investments involve risk, and Signal by Bharatstox does not guarantee profits or trading outcomes.

Bharatstox may suspend or terminate any account without notice if a user is found to be involved in:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Illegal activities
• Severe platform violations
• Impersonation
• Data misuse
• System interference

Termination may result in loss of access to all data and services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Bharatstox shall not be liable for:

• Trading or investment losses
• Incorrect, incomplete, or delayed data
• Algorithmic errors
• System downtime
• Service interruptions
• Third-party content inaccuracies
• Financial decisions made by users

All usage is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WHITE COCONUT HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws
• Any third-party claims caused by your actions

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Bharatstox uses cookies and similar technologies, and integrates certain third-party analytics and advertising tools, to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Platform.

• We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with the Platform, such as screens viewed, taps, scrolls, and session activity. This information is associated with a randomly generated identifier and not with your name or mobile number.
• We use Meta tools (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure and deliver advertising for Bharatstox.
• These tools may collect device, usage, browser, and approximate-location information, and may process it outside India, including in the United States, under applicable data processing agreements.

Analytics and advertising are enabled only with your consent. They are off by default, and you may grant or withdraw consent at any time through the in-app Privacy & Consent settings.

• Cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary are used only after you consent. Strictly necessary cookies (for example, those enabling login and session security) remain active at all times.
• Withdrawing consent stops the relevant tracking going forward; it does not affect processing already carried out.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any data concern, contact our Grievance Officer at admin@bharatstox.com.

Bharatstox may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
